River Roux Olympic Triathlon

Put on your running shoes and grab some goggles for the River Roux Olympic Triathlon in New Roads. The triathlon includes a 1.5K swim, 40K bike ride, and a 10K run, as well as aquabike, duathlon, and relay divisions. Sign-up supports RKF, a non-profit that works to sustain healthy and active families and communities by fighting childhood obesity. 7:30 am–noon.
