LSU’s Turner-Fischer Center for Opera presents this timeless, romantic French opera, inspired by William Shakespeare's iconic love story of passion and tragedy. Audiences will lose themselves in the twisting journey of the two star-crossed lovers and their families’ bitter feud. Located at the Claude L. Shaver Theatre at the LSU Music & Dramatic Arts Building, and performed in French with English supertitles. 7:30 pm Friday; 3 pm Sunday. $32; $22 for seniors, faculty, and staff; $12 for students. lsu.edu/cmda/events.
