Chef Eric Cook's instantly-beloved New Orleans restaurants Gris-Gris and Saint John are joining forces for a month of special weekly four-course dinners curated by Chef Cook and his team of chefs (including Darren Chabert, the Chef de Cuisine of Cook's newest restaurant Julia Brown, opening later in 2023 in the Bywater's Arrive Hotel). Each dinner has a different menu and theme, from "The Lost Supper: A Mystery Dinner" to "Tropic Like It's Hot".
