Capitol Park Museum has a new fitness and culture series, to better your brain and body both in one lively event. This month TreadBR will provide an invigorating fitness class to up to thirty five participants, and members of Friends of the Capitol Park Museum will host a special session of "History Lives Here" for up to twenty children. 6-7 pm. facebook.com/FOTCPM/.
