Get your cheeseucation on (I apologize for the shameless cheesiness), at St. James Cheese Company's Fall Classes. Enjoy wine and beer pairings while learning about the finer things in life, on Wednesdays this fall. 

September 18: Masters of the Mediterranean—Enjoy the sea breezes of the Mediterranean, at least in spirit, with a night of the region's incredible wine and cheese. 

October 2: Autumn Lovers Cheese Class—Taste and discuss the best cheeses the cooler season has to offer, with a bounty of small-production cheese from farms and producers across the country. 

October 16: Oktoberfest with Columbia Cheese—Guest cheesemonger Doug Jacknick visits from Columbia Cheese in New York, a St. James importer with some of the finest German and Bavarian cheeses to be found. Enjoy the seasonal hofbraus, pilseners, weisses, and bochs. 

October 30: The Nightmare Before: Weird & Wild Cheeses and Wines—Celebrate the spooky season with funky and esoteric cheeses, paired with unusual wines, and made by producers who elect for the eccentric. 

All classes are $42, located at St. James Cheese Uptown (5004 Prytania Street) at 7 pm. stjamescheese.com.
