Stanley Nelson Remembrance

The Old State Capitol plays host to a solemn remembrance of Stanley Nelson, a journalist who dedicated his life to solving cold cases from the civil rights era. The evening will include photos, clips, and stories of working with Nelson over the course of his dogged career investigating Ku Klux Klan murders and reporting on them from his Ferriday newsroom. 5 pm–7 pm.
