Abita Springs artist Dale Hauck is known both for his beautiful and realistic paintings of nature from earlier in his career, as well as for the more vibrant and inspired paintings and sculptures from his later years. Works from throughout his expansive career will be on display in a new retrospective of his works at the Abita Springs Trailhead Museum. An opening reception with the artist will take place from 6 pm–9 pm May 20. trailheadmuseum.org.
