"The Divine Feminine" at NUNU

In this new series of paintings and drawings by Opelousas artist Kay Jeansonne, the distinct strength and mystery of the woman is explored through renderings of women representing different races, ages, cultures, and experiences—all connected by a thread of endurance, grace, and dignity. The exhibition features over thirty oil paintings and eight charcoal drawings, and will be displayed at NUNU Arts & Culture Collective through the end of December. nunucollective.org.
