Cité des Arts presents Oscar Wilde's raucous farce about mistaken identities, secret engagements, and the English upper class. Director Margot Hasha has transformed Wilde's beloved novel into a play with featured actors, including Austin Broussard, Colin Smith and Sandra Broussard. The play will open on Friday, June 24, at Cité des Arts in downtown Lafayette, with a Victorian-themed Opening Night Gala beginning at 6 pm ($30). The play will then be presented on June 24 and 25 a and July 1 and 2 at 7:30 pm, and June 26 and July 3 at 2 pm. $20 at citedesarts.org.
