Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana Earth Day Celebration

Join the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana in its Earth Day celebration, honoring the land and promoting protection of the environment. Meet at the northwest corner of Birch St. and Melacon Rd. in Marksville for a a symbolic Longleaf Pine Tree planting to restore part of Central Louisiana's ecosystem. Activities will also include a kite flying, recycling relay race, and community art project, along with a lunch & learn session titled "Protecting the Land."
