Members of Fir Mairseail Nua Iberia and local dignitaries and representatives will join Mayor Freddie DeCourt as he opens the valve to turn the plaza fountain water Irish green. The minstrel group Whiskey Bay Rovers will provide entertainment for the crowd with traditional Irish music and dance.
