The newest initiative from Visit Vicksburg, the City Attractions Passport is your own pocket-sized key to the city. Launched earlier this spring, your passport acts as your own mini tour guide to Vicksburg, with directions, descriptions, and fun facts about the river city's main attractions.
With such a well-preserved past thanks to its national historical significance, Vicksburg naturally has no shortage of fascinating museum exhibits and historic structures (including a few haunted houses!) to immerse yourself in. Collect stamps from a lengthy list of participating locations, including eight local attractions and eleven tour homes.
Plus, since a little incentive never hurts, there's something in it for you, too. Once you've collected five stamps, you can reap the rewards of your not-so-hard labor by redeeming your passport at the Vicksburg Visitor's Center for a free #VisitVicksburg t-shirt.
