Executive director of the Louisiana Black Bear Conservation Coalition, Paul Davidson, will be at the Zachary Branch this Saturday to make a presentation for adults and teens about the history and future of the Louisiana black bear. The presentation will cover the animal’s background in Louisiana as well as an outline of the efforts to recover the population. 2 pm. (225) 658-1850.
