Sip—don't swat—this Bayou Mosquito

A recipe from Bayou Rum.

Directions

Put mint leaves, sugar, and a splash of sparkling water in a tall glass. Muddle well to dissolve sugar and release mint flavors. Squeeze lime into glass and drop in half of it, add Bayou Rum and stir well. Fill glass with ice and add rest of sparkling water. Serve in a pint glass, garnished with sugar cane stalk prepped for chewing. So refreshing on a hot Louisiana day!
