Original Collins

Ingredients:

1.5 oz genever (Dutch gin)

1 oz simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar)

3/4 oz lemon juice Lemon (for garnish)

Method:

Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and genever to a shaker and fill with ice. Pour into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.
