Small Town Chefs: On the Menu

On Sunday, June 26, we're putting on a dinner party with friends. Of course, our friends are the Louisiana Culinary Institute. Our tables are set inside the industrial cool of Tin Roof Brewery. And in the kitchen, we've got four of Louisiana's best Small Town Chefs.

A Sunday evening is the perfect time for a few hours of cocktails, conversation, craft beer, and cuisine. Take a seat with us while Chef Holly Moore Schreiber, Chef Carl Schaubhut, Chef Jean-Pierre Guidry, and Chef Toby Rodriguez cook up a five-course meal with the help of Chef Christina Nicosia, chef instructor at LCI, on dessert. (And if you're a glutton for ... well, dessert, you'll want specifics: an orange curd tart with candied pecans, macha gelee, strawberry sauce, dried orange slices, and fresh strawberries.) Tin Roof will be on hand to artfully pair each course with a selection of their popular beers.
