Audubon State Historic Site lifts the icebox lid to reveal some of the beverages early settlers would have longed for at the end of a hot day. Participants will get to taste tipples like Spruce Beer, Birch Beer, Ginger Beer, and Sarsaparila; and find out what "give me two bits" meant in the taverns of old Bayou Sara. 1 pm–3 pm at 11788 Highway 965. (888) 677-2838.
