Abita Springs Water Festival

For more than a hundred years, people have descended on the little town in the Northshore's piney woods, drawn by the healthful promise of its free-flowing, artesian waters. The Abita Springs Water Festival celebrates the water, and the culture and heritage that flows from it to nourish a small community that sports an impressive wellspring of progressive musical, outdoorsy, culinary diversions.
