Friday, October 25 at 8:30 pm and Saturday, October 26 at 5:30 pm on Art Rocks!, Sherry Tamburo of Shreveport has mastered the art of turning wool into garments through experimental processes she describes as being akin to alchemy. Then, visit the studio of wood sculptor John Cross in Elizaville, New York, and meet high school student McKenzie Fitzgerald from Orlando, Florida who draws her artistic inspiration from science fiction. Plus, despite a 60-year age difference, artists Heather Bryant and Lorraine Fink find common ground through their latest collaboration in Norfolk, Virginia.
