Opelousas' colorful Native American culture makes a vivid appearance at the Farmers Market Pavillion. The Attakapas tribe, as well as other area tribes including the Mamou Choctaw, Avogel, and Liban Apache will present food, music, and more! and Bring the kids out for drumming and gourd dancing demonstrations, arts & crafts, storytelling, and special guest speakers.
