Da Parish Crawfish Boiling Championship

The Avoyelles Parish Crawfish Boiling Championship will showcase up to thirty local boiling teams, each of which will boil approximately 250 pounds of crawfish, which will be served "all you can eat" to the attendees... over eight thousand pounds of crawfish. Cypress City, The Side Men, and Jamboxx will provide live music, plus drink and food booths. 11 am–6 pm at St. Joseph Church Hall. $20, $25 at the gate; $8,$10 at the gate for children 5–12; children younger than 5 free.
