Cornucopia Ball

The Creole Farmers' Market of St. Martinville returns with another Cornucopia Ball, the annual Children's Carnival. The theme this year is "World of Animation" With a court of eighth-grade king, queen, debutantes, and dukes, and children ages Pre-K to seventh grade serving as characters for an original script, the weekend promises fun for all. All events at the Cade Community Center. This is a non-alcoholic event. Refreshments will be sold by Creole Farmer’s Market Committee. Friday night is the dress rehearsal, open to the public at $10 a person—$5 ages 12 and younger—while the actual ball takes place on Saturday at 7 pm, $15 per person.
