Dolly Should, celebrating the birthday of the beloved Dolly Parton, returns to the heart of Old Town Bay St. Louis for a second year. The fun starts with a community paint-by-numbers mural, hay rides, a pie bake-off, a costumed fun run, clogging and square dancing all over town, a fine art show, barbecue, biscuits, beer, and a look-alike contest. Don't forget to visit one of the satellite salons to get your Dolly 'do. (And we hear there might be a drag show in store.) 4 pm–9 pm.
