Be downtown this Friday evening and just try not to catch the holiday spirit. Baton Rouge's big downtown holiday celebration puts local art vendors in lights, hangs a star canopy from the live oak trees, conducts a train ride at the Old Governor's Mansion, and accompanies it all with live music.
