Frida Fest

Each year, Bay St. Louis celebrates the life and work of Mexican surrealist painter Frida Kahlo. Known for her unrepentant unibrow, turbulent marriage to muralist Diego Rivera, and haunting, allegorical self-portraits, Kahlo has become one of Mexico's most revered and well-known artists. The folks behind the boisterous Dolly Should birthday celebration of Dolly Parton's birthday bring you this zesty street party, complete with Frida look-alike contest. Fill in your eyebrows and enjoy the fun.
