The Castle Restaurant & Pub welcomes the culinary chops of chef Matthew Kajdan of Jackson's renowned Parlor Market, to preside over a five-course wine dinner for the culinary cognoscenti of Natchez. The evening begins with appetizers including lobster-deviled eggs with pickled red onions and chives, and a frisee salad with poached egg, house bacon, shitake mushrooms and red wine vinaigrette. A Gulf yellowfin tuna crudo, braised pork ravioli, and hangar steak with sauce bearnaise and smoked tomato reduction are also on the menu.
