Joe Ashlar Trio at Chorum Hall

Chorum Hall welcomes esteemed pianist Joe Ashlar to the stage this week, alongside his band, the Joe Ashlar Organ Trio, which includes himself, Doug Belote (drums), Brian Seeger, (guitar), and special guest Brad Walker (saxophone).  Ashlar, originally from Connecticut, began piano studies at only four years old. He has studied with the great Dr. Lonnie Smith and has made a name for himself in the New Orleans jazz scene.
