Baton Rouge watercolor artist Judi Betts has claimed over one hundred awards for her paintings, most of which impressionistically capture the natural beauty and scenes from daily life in South Louisiana. An exhibition at the LSU Museum of Art foyer and the Manship Gallery at the Shaw Center celebrates sixty years of her paintings, tracing her journey as an artist from the early years of her career through the present day. A reception will be held from 5 pm–7 pm on the first and fifth floors. Free. lsumoa.org.
