Flex your creative writing muscles at the museum’s first literature workshop hosted by Cheylon Woods, Director of UL Lafayette’s Ernest Gaines Center. Visitors will be provided with an excerpt of Gaines’ writing and an artwork from the museum’s permanent collection to inspire their own creative work. English department faculty and students will help participants through the writing process. 6 pm-8 pm. hilliardmuseum.org.
