Rodrigue: Before the Blue Dog

The Louisiana State Museum and Louisiana Museum Foundation unveil Rodrigue: Before the Blue Dog, an exhibition featuring more than fifty of the artists paintings, opening at the Cabildo. Rodrigue's work on display capture the dark, sometimes eerie depictions of the Cajun landscape, people, and culture he produced before the Blue Dog paintings thrust him into the international spotlight.
