Louisiana State Archives 3851 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809
In 1953, a group of Baton Rouge artists came together to found the Art Guild of Louisiana. Seventy years later and going 150 members strong, the Guild has long solidified its place as a positive network offering opportunities to Baton Rouge artists and art lovers. To celebrate the group's Jubilee anniversary, an exhibition of Guild members' artwork will be held at the Louisiana State Archives. A closing reception will take place on June 29 from 5 pm–7 pm.
