New Orleans Friends of Music continues its diligent efforts to delight our ears with talented chamber music acts from near and far. Today, find the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center flitting through Franz Schubert's "Trout" Quintet, named so for the fourth movement playing off Schubert's earlier Lied (German poem set to music) "Die Forelle," or "The Trout."
