The Arts Council of Livingston Parish welcomes children ages 8 through 12 to a crafty class in honor of Valentine's Day, where participating kiddos will learn how to make a Valentine's collage from instructor Lara Crafton. 10 am--11:30 am at the ACLP Gallery.
