Microbiologist Kaitlynn Fenley makes hard science accessible (and tasty) with a Yogurt & Water Kefir class at Red Stick Spice. Pariticipants in this "hands-on" class create and take home a jar of yogurt, taste prepared yogurt in a variety of dishes, and have a choice of making traditional or dairy-free yogurt.
