Get your groove on in the North Louisiana countryside at this fall’s outdoor concert series presented by Landry Vineyards. Established by Libby and Jeff Landry in 1999, the homegrown operation has more than doubled its acreage since relocating to Monroe-West Monroe post-Katrina, and today includes a thriving vineyard, winery, and tasting room. Their outdoor concerts are among the most well attended events in the region, running from March through November each year. Presenting a live music lineup that ranges from country and cover bands to classic rock and R&B, claim a spot with your favorite picnic blanket or lawn chair in tow, grab a glass of chilled rosé or bland du bois, and let the lovely local talent serenade you as the sun sets.

Nestled on a picturesque stretch of lush rolling hills, Landry Vineyards provides a scenic setting that's nearly as compelling as its wide variety of native wines. Located along New Natchitoches Road, the vineyard’s sprawling greenery seems to emerge right before your eyes, with rows upon rows of grapevines as far as the eye can see.

You can even take a wagon tour through the vineyards during the concert—and, twice a year, participate in the grape-stomping celebration the vineyard puts on. Though you’re welcome to pack your own picnic-style snack spread (just no outside alcohol, please) there will be food truck vendors serving on-site eats like cheese plates, boudin, and jambalaya all evening long. Landry’s will be pouring its locally produced wines, of course, including popular favorites like Redneck Red and Peach Muscadine, as well as frozen peach and berry-flavored bellinis. With more than fifteen wines to choose from, you are sure to find a new favorite.
