Merry Merchants

Continuing a local tradition for over thirty years, Brookhaven's Christmas Open House returns on November 13.

Continuing an annual tradition of more than thirty years, Brookhaven's Christmas Open House returns on November 13th. Hosted by the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, the day-long shopping extravaganza is a community-wide campaign to encourage supporting local businesses ahead of the gift-giving season. The holiday preview, which draws hundreds of shoppers each year, includes more than thirty participating merchants and features in-store promotions, prize drawings, special sales, festive food and beverages, and more.

Peruse longtime local retailers such as Hall & Company, a downtown gift shop featuring collectibles and décor, home goods, and custom framing. At Expectations and Expectations Too, you'll find adult and children's clothing, and Judy’s II Shoes & More showcases boutique footwear. You can browse a large curated selection of gifts, jewelry, bridal registry, and apparel at Engravables. Founded in 2011, J. Allan's specializes in fine (and affordable) home furnishings and interior design, and notably, its recent accolades include being voted Best Furniture Store by Mississippi Magazine this year. While they now have four locations, including one in New Orleans, Brookhaven lays claim to the original storefront.
