Private Pinzgauer tours have long been the tour of choice for Global Wildlife Center guests looking for a more intimate experience than the preserve's fleet of safari wagons provides. The Private Pinz Tours can navigate more areas of the wildlife preserve and do not necessarily need to keep to traditional pathways.

These rugged 4×4 military transport vehicles can drive through the trees, across the lake, and into the far reaches of the property, wherever the giraffes are, so are a wonderful way to increase the probability of one-on-one time with Global Wildlife Center’s gentle, towering giants—especially when they’re browsing on the new leaves and tender shoots that spring growth brings. By popular request, Global Wildlife Center is now offering Semi-Private Pinz Tours. If you don’t mind sharing your ride with others, the Semi-Private tour is a great option for singles, couples and trios, as it does not require the usual 4-person minimum to book. Small groups can be combined for a maximum of six people per Pinz. So if you’re a family of four or more, or want to tour the center with family and friends, the Private Pinz tour is the way to go. For smaller groups, the Semi-Private Tour offers a more economical alternative. Semi-private tours are now offered beginning at 8:15 am on weekends for a limited time.
