Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. beef base
- 3 dashes brandy
- 1 bottle Abita Amber beer
- pinch salt & white pepper
- 1 tsp. butter
Method
Sauté onion in butter until translucent, then flambé with the brandy. Add the beef base and beer, then add salt & white pepper and simmer until onions are completely cooked.
