For over forty years, New Orleans native John H. Lawrence has been regarded as one of America's preeminent photographic curators, having worked at The Historic New Orleans Collection for over four decades. In his new hardcover book, he walks the reader/viewer through the evolution of photography via historic and modern images of Louisiana, from early daguerreotypes through digital images. The book features a forward by Jeff L. Rosenheim from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The book is available online and in-person for $49.95 at The Shop at the Collection, THNOC's museum store.
