2025 Chefs to Watch Dinner

Louisiana Cookin' magazine is bringing half a dozen of the Bayou State's most rising culinary talents to the The Greenwood in Covington, where they will prepare a six-course meal showcasing their skills as well as the delicious bounty of the area. Jackets are required for men. 6:30 pm–9:30 pm. $175.  For the first time, the event will extend to a second night, during which guests can enjoy small plates from three chefs, served tasting style in the courtyard of the Southern. 7 pm–9 pm. $125.
