2nd Annual SOCC Black Pot Cook Out & Dance

Check out the 2nd Annual SOCC Black Pot Cook Out, where local chefs show off their cooking chops with a wide variety of wild game dishes, including alligator, deer, duck, and wild pig. Door prizes include fishing gear, a black iron pot, and more. After eating your fill, sit for a minute and the swing out onto the dance floor to enjoy music by Cedryl Ballou and the Zydeco Trendsetters. Proceeds go to the renovation of St. Peter Claver Hall, a historic building and important community space.
