40th Annual Author Illustrator Program featuring Rosemary Wells

For 40 years, the Main Branch Library has held the Author Illustrator Program, inviting adults, teens, and kids to see "the story behind the story." The Main Branch welcomes author Rosemary Wells, this year's special guest. Wells, the creator of beloved the beloved children's book series Max and Ruby, will host an all-ages-welcome presentation on Thursday, followed by a reception and book signing. Workshops starting Friday morning are geared to give parents, teachers, writers librarians, and children's literature enthusiasts a closer look at the author's creative process and style.
