Leave the boring, three-dimensional world behind and enter a life-size cartoon world designed by illustrator Aileen Bennett at The Illustrated Café, in the front windows of the Acadiana Center for the Arts. Life-long art lovers and those who have never entered a gallery will take delight in this light-hearted, immersive exhibit; which also makes for an excellent photo-op. On preview August 1–October 9, and open from October 10–January 30, 2021. Public gallery hours are 10 am–5 pm Monday to Saturday, and the exhibition is on view during evenings of AcA performances and Second Saturday ArtWalk.
