The Aioli Dinner Supper Club
Hemingbough 10101 Highway 965, Saint Francisville, Louisiana 70775
A unique culinary tradition inspired by artist George Rodrigue’s famous “Aioli Dinner” painting from 1971, the Aioli Dinner is a four-course wine paired dinner presented by the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts, that happens in locations around the state to bring arts education programs to the schools that need them. At each dinner, participants get to eat, drink, and be merry for the best of causes, then recreate Rodrigue's original painting by posing for a reproduction photograph. This event will benefit Bains Lower Elementary, a member of the Rodrigue Foundation's Louisiana A+ Schools program, which teaches educators techniques for incorporating the arts into the school curriculum. Proceeds from this event will benefit Bains Lower Elementary, the newest member of the Foundation's Louisiana A+ Schools program. 6 pm at Hemingbough. $250 per person.
