André Moreau, Emmy Award-winning news anchor for Baton Rouge news channel WAFB, made a career change to photography not so long ago. Iconic images of Louisiana and popular structures in Baton Rouge are a signature of Moreau's work. The Lamar Atrium on the first floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts will play host to Moreau's newest photography exhibition, Baton Rouge: A Bicentennial View, beginning with an opening reception on Thursday, May 18. The images in the exhibition are printed on a mixture of paper, acrylic, and metal. 6 pm‒8 pm. shawcenter.org.
