Angola Museum's Biennial Symposium: Louisiana’s Prisoner Reentry: Progress and Challenges

The Louisiana State Penitentiary Museum Foundation is hosting its Biennial Symposium: Louisiana’s Prisoner Reentry: Progress and Challenges, on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 9 am-3 pm at the Receiving Center, Angola Museum, Angola, Louisiana.
The event will feature a tour of Angola’s unique court-ordered re-entry program in the morning and panel discussions by state-wide re-entry specialists in the afternoon. Discussions about Louisiana’s re-entry programs will focus on the community, offender and victims’ perspectives.
