Anne-Marie McDermott, world-renowned pianist, makes a grand return to the Orpheum Theater carrying the tune of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 21. To keep things light, the performance opens with Alfred Schnittke's Moz-Art à la Haydn, a humorous take on both composers. Jean Sibelius’ Symphony No. 5 finishes the evening. 7:30 pm Thursday. $20–$140.
