On Art Rocks! Friday, January 25 at 8:30PM and Saturday, January 26 at 5:30PM, meet Central Louisiana artist Cindy Blair, whose luminary sculptures are fashioned out of rice paper. She will explain the techniques she uses to construct her other-worldly creations. Then, viewers will follow photographer and filmmaker Stephen Locke as he tracks down storms to capture the full extent of Mother Nature’s fury. Finally, for Louisiana Treasure, Park Ranger Richard Holloway takes viewers on a tour of Forts Randolph and Buhlow in Pineville, reminders of the struggle between Union and Confederate soldiers to control the Red River.
