On Art Rocks! Friday, November 2 at 8:30 pm and Saturday, November 3 at 5:30 pm, Lake Charles painter Heather Boston shares why she decided to become a professional artist after a career in nursing. Boston credits divine intervention for her artistic inspiration. The glass bottle has been a staple in American life since the early 1800s. Take a tour with us of The National Bottle Museum in Ballston Spa, New York to see how this iconic glassware has changed over the years. This week’s Louisiana Treasureis the legacy of Ollie Steele Burden, landscape architect and artist who continues to make an indelible impression on Baton Rouge.
