Make your summer a little more colorful with painting classes from the Arts Council of Livingston Parish, taught by artist instructor Shelly Frederick! Sign up for one of their August offerings and boldly brush away that summer stagnation.

  • August 7 and 14: Decorative Painting teaches the basics of acrylics, helping beginners learn fundamental techniques and confidence with this fun medium over the course of two sessions. 6 pm - 8 pm. $50.
  • August 21: Painting on Reclaimed Wood lets you take on a DIY version of this cute shabby-chic decor. Show the world what you love! 6 pm - 8pm. $45.
